The whole night has been a huge disappointment. We were expecting much more from a relatively premium restaurant in Madrid. Firstly, the dishes were dirty(food stains on them). The food was precooked and quickly rewarmed and uneatable. Food was so bad that we left the restaurant about 35 minutes after we got there.

For our third visit in the past five years, we were so thrilled to return to Sagardi! Every moment of our visit was perfect, as always. Our server helped us find an excellent bottle of wine. All of his suggestions on food were wonderful. Our steak was cooked perfectly. We couldn’t have asked for a better meal. Also, the rice pudding was delicious. Many thanks again and again for a wonderful visit!

It seems waiters have not been trained enough. There was a lot of inefficient movement around leaving empty plates, not filled wine glasses on the table. Nevertheless, it did not look like a lack of attention from their side. The food and the venue was great. However, the toilets need to be managed better.
