   Our first experience at the Station side of Salt & Sage. Live music at a reasonable volume. Well stocked and attractive bar. Attentive but not intrusive service. Sophisticated menu including caviar, beef tartare, and lobster. Many different skewers offered which I will try the next time I dine there, which I hope will be soon.

   Food and beverages are amazing. I would definitely recommend.! Mia our sever was excellent, attentive to our needs. 10 out of 10!

   My new favorite resturant. The Filet was the most tender I've ever had. The waiter was awesome, as was the entire staff. Kudos to Sage and Salt. Can't wait to return.

   Our first visit to Sage & Salt was fantastic, and we’ll definitely be back. The food and service were excellent. We started with the Potato Leek Soup, which was comforting with a nice crunch from chips. For mains, the Grilled Shrimp Pasta Primavera and Pan Seared Sea Scallops were both beautifully presented and delicious. The Crispy Artichokes were a standout for me—so good! I'd love to see them offered as an appetizer with a slightly spicy dipping sauce. Overall, Sage & Salt delivers a great dining experience with creative, well-executed dishes.

   Visited this restaurant for the 1st time yesterday with my wife on a date night. We sat at the bar. I ordered rack of lamb and my wife ordered the filet. The rack of lamb was the best rack of lamb that I have ever eaten. I ordered it medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. The meat was super tender, the temperature was perfect, and the seasoning was just right. Highly recommend this dish. My wife enjoyed her filet, and in particular the grilled asparagus. The only complaint that I have was that the size of the restaurant was somewhat small. At first we were concerned about sitting at the bar,and preferred a booth or a table. However, after sitting at the bar it was worth the experience just watching the chefs within feet of the seating cooking all of the orders. Overall, a great venue for a date night, and we will definitely go back.

   This Bistro has made it to the top of my list. Beautiful decor, excellent service and food. Not your weekly go to but definitely once a month treat for you and that special person.

   Average. Nothing impressive, nothing bad. I had the ribeye. Cooked a nice medium rare, slightly underseasoned, poorly marbled. My wife had the 1/2 roasted chicken. It was ok. The entire experience was just that...OK. I do think it was a bit pricey for the quality of the food.

   Cas made our evening! She was always around but never hovering. Her recommendation of the blueberry bread pudding was spectacular and we had to order a side of the ice cream because there wasn’t much and it was delicious and really complemented the bread pudding. We splurged on the combo charcuterie board since it was our anniversary but it is really for at least 4 people. The selection was OK. The flatiron steak was cooked perfectly but it was a bit salty. The salmon was also cooked perfectly but a bit fishy smelling and the risotto wasn’t super flavorful.

    Once again, a fabulous experience. The moondancer and St James oysters recommended by Mya were delicious. All of the staff are great: busboys, servers, and hosts are incredibly nice and friendly.
