Forget New York, Chicago, Miami and Los Angeles. This was by far the best dining experience I have ever enjoyed in the United States. The quality, creativity and presentation of the food, combined with the impeccable service made this an experience that exceeded all my expectations. Certainly on par with any 1,2 or 3 Michelin Star restaurant that I have experienced in my travels around the world. Bravo! Well done Sails!

One of a kind dining experience. Went for an anniversary dinner and the staff made it extra special (custom menus with our anniversary date, special appetizer, and champagne with dessert). The staff and food were both incredible. The attention to detail was unmatched. The food was also top notch. Best tuna tartare I've ever had. I would 10/10 recommend.

Elcid made the entire experience worth it. From pictures at the front with the hospitable Maitre d’ to the surprise oyster…Amazing service from all front and back waiters. Thank you so much for taking wonderful care of all of us. The food was wonderful but the caviar experience was transcending. Thank you for making the birthday boys dreams come true.
