We had a reservation for 1 PM, but we didn’t get a table until 1:40 PM. The lady who assisted us at the entrance was very rude. When we finally got a table, we ordered quickly because my kids were starving, but it took over 30 minutes for the food to arrive. None of the dishes are sophisticated enough to justify the delay. The food was fine, and the waitress was very polite. Overall, I don’t think it’s worth it.

Started with hostess making us wait 30 minutes past our reservation while she seated walk ins. Worst was her trying to seat a party who walked up while I was checking on the wait for my reservation! Food was very overpriced and both our entrees arrived cold after waiting thirty minutes. By that time our patience and appetite were gone.

Was Thanksgiving day, and the place was packed. We had reserved seating at the bar. Service was slow (the waitress seemed overwhelmed w the crowds). Had lobster bisque and hush puppies. Both were tasty, neither were served hot. Food runner had no idea who at the bar was to get what food. Had to hunt for our own cutlery. Less than stellar, but would try again but never on a holiday.

There is a 20% auto gratuity applied and 1% auto tip for the "kitchen." The servers have never served before despite this being priced as a high-end place and the food is anything but. I had a filet for $52 and it came with truffle fries. The filet was about 4 oz and they cannot cook a steak. Texture is like it's steamed. The french fries tasted good but there was like literally 12 of them and with that it came with 4 roasted cherry tomatoes. My girlfriend's plate was equally uninspiring and cold. Baby carrots and green beans that look like they came in the microwave steam bags from the grocery store with some Turkey breast. I gave 2/5 stars because sitting upstairs on the balcony was nice.

The “Thanksgiving platter” was a joke. $50 for a few slices of turkey, a teaspoon of gravy, mashed potatoes, hard carrots and green beans, and I KNOW the stuffing was Stove Top. They sat us in a cramped corner table in the bar where i sat on a folding chair. The bartender was our server and she was completely over-whelmed. I had to get up and ask for silverware. I had to get up and remind her about our drinks—WORST dirty martini I’ve ever had btw. For two people the bill was $180. Never again

We waited 20 minutes after our reservation time the. Reminded the hostess we were waiting, we were promptly seated right in Front of the door. It took a waitress 28 minutes to notice us seated there as she was tending bar. This was the most hideous meal we’ve endured in years and paid a a premium price for it. Thanksgiving dinner 2024. Let me emphasize that everything on the menu could and was prepared in advance. There was a limited menu which featured a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Pricy at $48 but exorbitant for what we received. Roasted turkey with all the fixings. The turkey breast was deli-sliced meat slathered in from a jar turkey gravy, green beans and carrots, canned cranberry sauce all served room Temperature. My bride just ordered the Lobster Bisque. This too was served at a warm not hot temperature. Let me state that adding some crumbled lobster claw to tomato bisque does not make lobster bisque. This could have come out of a can from the grocery store. I highly recommend bypassing this establishment
