Fuimos con una reservación y no nos atendieron hasta media hora después.. Cambiaron el menú y era el navideño y no había muchas opciones para variedades. Las persona que lleva las reservaciones atiende de muy mala forma. Mi primera ves y no volvería a ir

Loved the place and it's location!!! The staff was absolutely awesome, very friendly, professional and very accommodating. The wait was just, given the holiday, and the food was really good. We absolutely enjoyed it....I'll definitely be back and recommend it.

I was a little worried after reading some recent reviews but what ever service issues they had were definitely fixed. We had reservations and check in was smooth. We were taken to our table in less than 5 minutes of waiting. I had requested outdoor seating and I wish I hadn't. It was a little chilly however it's on the second floor overlooking the Main Street so there was a lot to see. The only reason I gave 4 stars for atmosphere is their space heaters do not work so if you're eating there at an outside table after sundown bundle up. They had a limited menu due to the holiday which also may have helped them iron out the kinks mentioned in recent reviews. Our service was great, served by Lei sp? Lei was attentive and very friendly. She kept a smile on her face even though the restaurant was crazy busy and she was running. Location is great, food is good and 5 stars for service.

We usually love the Sainte-George for the holidays, but this year was a bit different from previous years. It started with an overbooking for the 6:30 time-slot, so everyone who had a reservation was made to wait outside until a table was available - we were eventually sat around 6:55. Our waiter was attentive and very apologetic for the wait and he was the best part of the evening. The prefix menu was way overpriced for what it was and the options were minimal - they didn't even include any of the regular menu items, so we were disappointed to not see a pork chop or a steak for Christmas Eve dinner. 3 of us started with the potato leek bisque, which tasted more like a Mexican potato chowder than a potato leek bisque. The highlight of the meal was the crab and artichoke dip, which was fantastic. The holiday platter was weird - ham, tiny amt of mashed potatoes, sweet potato fries, and over roasted brussel sprouts. Our other guests had the halibut and said it lacked flavor and had too much sauce. I do understand that we were dining on one of the busiest nights of the year, but for $415 for 4 people, I definitely expected better service on the front end (hostess was not super pleasant, but also clearly overwhelmed by the overbooking) and much better food. I was disappointed because we've been to the restaurant many times and have loved the food and experience. Hoping this was just a fluke with the holidays and an overwhelmed staff.

Service and food mediocre especially for the price Probably better on a regular night instead of ChristmasEve. Since gratuity added server not too concerned about individualized or prompt service

Good food and fast service. We went on a busy Christmas Eve and we were nearly done with our food before the waiter checked on us. Nice white table cloth service.

This was the worst dining experience. I have never experienced such bad service. Basically we were ignored after being seated. No waiter or waitress came over to our table until I had to notify an employee. Once we had a waiter service still did not improve. We watched as all the tables around us were served while we didn’t get our drink orders, kids meals or our entrees. We had no choice but to get up and leave to find food for our kids elsewhere. We dine out frequently and have never had such a bad experience. I hope management reads this to investigate what happened and works to improve customer experience. This was our second visit to this establishment and sadly we will not return.
