   Chicken crouquettes were very tasty. Different but nice presentation. The same goes for the shrimp ceviche. We were overcharged $8 for a bottle of wine. I caught this before the bill was paid and the waiter response was "I just push the buttons to place the order".

   Worst food had in my life couldn’t eat and wouldn’t eat anything there ever again. The server was good and very nice but the food tasted horrible. Left everything intact it was that bad. Super expensive for how bad the food was. We left it almost ruin our anniversary dinner. Left to another restaurant.

   We expected a more sophisticated ambience given the location but it was somewhat dull. Service was pleasant and accommodating but it seemed like staff were mostly absent. Food was tasty but uninspiring.

   This place is a hidden gem! It has a wonderful atmosphere and historical decor. The food was really good. The Cuban bread and mango butter to begin was so delicious. The chicken empanadas are crispy and seasoned well. Loved the Bacon appetizer! The sparkling mock-tail drinks were crisp and refreshing. I had the fried Yellow Tail Snapper w rice and a curry sauce. So good! My friends had the steak w/ chimichurri sauce. Everyone loved their meals. Definitely going back to taste the brunch menu next!

    The food was excellent, we ordered an appetizer, Haitian charred octopus, entrees, seafood paella and salmon and dessert, pina colada creme brulee. All were cooked and prepared to perfection. Sadly, I had ordered the Carribean Fish Stew off the menu and it was unavailable. The appetizer was one of the best that I ever tasted, a mixture of flavors bursting in my mouth. The pina colada creme brulee was to die for. The decor is beautiful. Our reservations were for Saturday night at 7:30 PM and we were shocked to find an empty restaurant. When we walked up to the hostess station there was no one to be found so we sat at the empty bar and ordered a drink. 10 minutes later the host arrived and I confirmed our reservations but found it laughable because the restaurant was virtually empty, one other table occupied. Service was adequate but not up to the standard one would expect at an upscale restaurant. We were seated at a table with no bread plates eventhough we were offered fresh baked Cuban bread and mango butter. Our waiter did not seem to have a good working knowledge of the menu and when we asked to substitute vegetables for the rice that comes with the salmon we were told that he would have to check with the chef and that it would be an extra charge; we declined. No ambiance at all and when added to an empty restaurant on a Saturday night it makes for a very dull dining experience. Some soft background music would have been nice. In my opinion this is the best kept secret in town but I fear with an empty restaurant its days are numbered.
