My family and I had a wonderful time during the Easter Brunch. The food was outstanding and the service was top notch, especially from Iris. We look forward to returning next year. Thank you for a memorable experience.

Unfortunately the ballroom set up felt very cold far from a high-end $200/person experience. I felt like the buffet offered a lot but nothing extravagant in the service or offerings to warrant the high price tag. it was a typical brunch with eggs, meats breads, salads, fruits, pastries and desserts. While there was nothing wrong per se with the food again, the ambiance and the food itself did not feel worth the $200 price tag. I did not feel there was something special offered, unique customized service and again we were in a large cattle call ballroom. We typically love the salamander and coming out there for special occasions, so this was definitely disappointing.

Food was lackluster and tasted reheated. Standouts were the waffle station that was fresh. Extremely disappointed with the service. We got service at the beginning and then our waitress disappeared and we watched tables around us get service as we waited and waited. I don't recommend it. Given the price, I was surprised to leave hungry and ignored.

The overall experience fell short of our expectations for Salamander. We’ve attended other Salamander events in the past and enjoyed them, but this was our first time at the Christmas brunch. Unfortunately, the food and drink choices were underwhelming, the temperature of the dishes was lukewarm at best, and the banquet hall setup felt more like a cafeteria than the atmosphere we were anticipating at Salamander. In addition food was left open where we noticed kids using their hands to touch the food and no one was monitoring which is simply unsafe. The highlight of the experience was the talented pianist, but for the price we paid, the event simply didn’t deliver the high-quality experience we were hoping to share with our family. We hold Salamander in high regard, which is why this was disappointing. We expected more from a brand that we’ve come to trust for exceptional experiences over the years. I’m hoping that Salamander will take notice and make the necessary changes to elevate this experience .

It was sub par - not the caliber of Salamander that we are accustomed to. Such a disappointing day.

The open buffet with a variety of food was amazing even included kids section. The Santa brunch is an annual event for our family and it’s always a nice time to create memories and always nice to have Santa to take pictures with especially for kids

Nicely laid out and comfortable outdoor seating for our 3:30 reservation. The violinist was a nice addition. All staff members were great and very responsive. The selection of food was good and very fresh. Loved the seafood bar. Unfortunately, most buffet dishes were not hot, but just barely warm. The stuffing was very, very salty, in fact, many of the dishes could have used less salt. The mac and cheese looked and tasted like it came out of the box. Suggestion- if this is the best mac and cheese you can come up with better not to serve it at all. The desserts were not as good as last year. Maybe our less than inspired experience was due to being the last wave of customers before ending for the day. Regardless, everyone should expect the same experience. Overall, always look forward to the event and hope some of the above observations will be considered going forward.

The Salamander did not recognize the reservation made on open table. We had to escalate the issue with the manager in order to eventually get a table.
