   Salazar is an absolute gem in Mexico City! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of phenomenal. The food was exquisite—every dish was crafted to perfection, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The cocktails were equally impressive, expertly mixed with a creative touch that elevated the entire dining experience. Beyond the incredible food and drinks, the service was truly second to none. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout the evening. The ambiance added to the magic—sophisticated yet inviting, perfect for an unforgettable night out. If you’re in Mexico City, Salazar is a must-visit. Five stars all the way!

   Nos sorprendieron gratamente en todos los sentidos, comida realmente espectacular, servicio excelente. Relación precio/alimentos extraordinaria. Sin duda volveremos, nos trataron como en casa. Un gusto ir a lugares con una vibra tan linda y espectacular en todo a un precio justo.

   He ido muchas veces a Salazar en los últimos 2.5 años y es de mis lugares favoritos. Sin embargo, la calidad de la comida, preparación y sazón han decaído. En esta última visita no se nos hizo tan rico ni el pan. Lo comentamos con el gerente; ojalá vuelvan a lo que entregaban anteriormente.

   Una experiencia gastronómica muy buena. Dos observaciones que podrían mejorarla aún más: primero, con una vista tan espectacular, el ambiente sería aún más impactante si las flores de la terraza fueran más bajas, permitiendo apreciar completamente elAngel de la Independencia . Segundo, nos sorprendió que, a diferencia de otros restaurantes de la misma categoría, el pan y la mantequilla tuvieran un costo adicional. Aunque el monto es insignificante, la percepción que deja en los comensales podría ser diferente. Afortunadamente, la impecable atención de nuestro mesero, Pepe, hizo que este detalle pasara a segundo plano, dejándonos con una excelente impresión general del servicio y la experiencia.

    Desafortunadamente no tenían la mitad del menú así que no pudimos probar varias cosas, la atención buena en general. Es un lugar con vista espectacular y buen ambiente.
