   First time at Salt Water Social. Server was unfriendly and obviously seemed like she did not want to be there. We went in for denver restaurant week and they handed us regular menus. We had to “request” the other menu. Server did not seem pleased that we wanted the other menu for restaurant week, treated us very differently when she knew we were there for restaurant week.

   Wow. Thats how this restaurant left me. I was absolutely speechless by the time I entered up until the time I left this restaurant. Everything was so fresh and soooooo gooood I couldn't stop talking about it and I'm still talking about it to anyone that will listen today. I can't even choose my favorite thing on the menu but the caviar pizza and the cioppino and the spicy yellowtail crispy rice. Those two were absolutely amazing but not as amazing as our server Sergio. He was so attentive and helpful and gave such good suggestions and always kept our glasses full and just provided excellent service. I'm already thinking of the next time I will be back there to visit either by myself or with my friends. Thank you so much for having me and I hope to be back soon! If you have not dined here, you need to ASAP!!

   A disappointment. Over priced. Service was bad. Food was marginal. There were only 2 other couples in the restaurant. It still took 45 minutes to get our food. It wasn’t worth waiting for. I didn’t even bother to take the food I wouldn’t eat home. Let them throw it away and save me the trouble.

   Overall great experience. They were very busy, which is great for them! Food was delicious and really fun and creative drinks. Service was fantastic.

   If I would have known this was owned by the same owners as STK, I wouldn’t have booked a reservation or come. Salt water social offers the same offerings as STK: overpriced and subpar food, below average service, and overbooking reservations (we sat down almost an hour after our reservation). But a shot of cheap champagne makes up for that! Done giving my money to these owners.

   Had a reservation and still waited 45 minutes for a table. The restaurant was overwhelmed and still felt like their opening weekend which was 2 months ago. Most expensive meal we have ever had in Denver and more expensive much more established restaurants in Newport Beach and NYC. Lots of competition coming in CC North, so time will tell who survives🤔

   They didn’t seem ready for a restaurant week crowd. The bar service was extremely slow but the food part was ok. The food was super good, even non-seafood! It’s upbeat and fun.

    Great place with good music and atmosphere. The service could have been a lot better and at the end gave us more time to close out instead of seemingly pulling a power play by holding the pay tablet as if we weren’t going to tip 20% even though the service was very subpar.
