Overpriced, especially happy hour food. $12 for 2 small shrimp in a shrimp cocktail. Most entrees are $40-$60. I like the design and ambiance.

It’s basically STK, but in Cherry Creek. Personally it is overpriced for the quality of food.

Nice vibe, good service, good food, but really expensive relative to the quality. You will have a nice meal but be prepared for sticker shock!!

We love having new restaurants in our neighborhood, and Salt Water Social is beautiful and elegant, and the food is good, but I had no idea it was going to be sooo expensive. To me it is more of a special occasion place to dine. We were hoping for a spot we could afford to dine on a regular basis.

We had a wonderful experience! The restaurant is beautiful, the DJ added fabulous music and it wasn’t too loud. I had the Lil Burgers, my husband had the fish & chips and we shared the caesar salad. Our guests had the rainbow vegetable salad and shared the T-bone steak and stir fried vegetables - we all enjoyed our food. Our server Liz was lovely and on top of everything. The Bonanza by Caymus Cabernet was excellent and a good price. Go early if you want an upbeat fun more mellow crowd, go later if you want a super fun upbeat party kind of night! Highly recommend.

The quality of the food did not come close to the menu prices. Food was okay but not great. Will not be back.

My friend and I went after walking around Cherry Creek. The restaurant was very busy, but we were seated at a nice large table. It took a while,to get a wait person, but then Charley was really on top of everything. We shared a bottle of wine and ordered fish entrees. I had tuna, my friend had the salmon. Both were excellent. We had chocolate lava cake for dessert. All was yummy. My only negative comment is that I thought it was a bit pricey.

All their food offerings are significantly overpriced. E.g. we got two shrimp for their happy hour shrimp cocktail for $9. One crab cake costs $41. And It was mushy in the center. Nothing special. They served us a Caesar salad which was primarily a bowl of romaine lettuce with an anchovy dressing and Parmesan cheese but with no anchovies for $26. We had to ask for anchovies be brought to the table because the waitress said they were part of the salad, but the chef said they had changed the menu and no anchovies were included. Then they brought us anchovies as if it was an extenuating circumstance. Their 1/2 lb steakhouse Wagyu burger was okay but I’d prefer a heartier burger at CCG. Their French fries are way too big. Obviously they are trying to obtain a ROE ASAP because they are catering to a very affluent Cherry Creek community, but I doubt they can survive long term with much more reasonably priced alternatives like Blue Island Oyster. Our waitress Raquel did do her best to try and make our dinner experience good, but she is obviously only a pawn in this new restaurant’s machinations. In short, if you want to check it out feel free, but the corporate structure behind this picked a losing horse. Changes need to be made.

This restaurant is so overpriced for the meal we had tonight. It would be different if this was fine dining…. White table cloth, but it is not. It is a bar scene with food. The food was good not great and certainly not worth the price charged. I really wanted to like this place but the price made me sick to my stomach.
