   Overall, I was very happy. I only had a small issue. I ordered a 6oz fillet and when my plate came out I was certain I was served a 6oz sirloin. It was still delicious, just not what I ordered. The "kitchen" insisted it was in fact the fillet...but I've never seen a flat fillet mignon in my life. Either way, like I said our meal was delicious, our server was fantastic, and he went ahead and adjusted my bill. So the service is definitely top notch. We will definitely be returning the next time we're craving a steak dinner.

   My steak was a little fatty and tough (NY strip) but overall tasty. The loaded baked potato was good, and so were the flash fried green beans. We liked the cheesecake as well. The bread they provide was a little dry and not warm. The waiter was a little loud, but he tried very hard. We got there during happy hour so we were able to get $5 glasses of wine, so that was a plus. Overall, we may be back. It's a thirty minute drive from our house, so it won't be frequent. The prices of the steaks were reasonable compared to high-end steak houses. You do get what you pay for though.

   The best part of my meal was the salad and the carrot cake. I think the baked potato was cooked too long and my steak wasn't cooked long enough. Saltgrass used to be my favorite steakhouse, but 3 out of the last 4 times we have been there, were have been disappointed. I'm not sure I will be back.

   Making a reservation was pointless. They still go down a list being unconsidered of our time slot. People who were getting there before and after us getting a table before us, we waited 30-35 minutes.

    The food was amazing, & our server Rudy was awesome. However, we had a reservation for 7:45 and arrived at 7:30 but still waited over an hour to be seated.
