I have eaten at a previous Saltgrass(bossier city) and loved it which is why I chose to eat here on our first day in Vegas. The other two in my party liked their food. I was the only one who took an issue. Mainly because the steak I chose came out very thin and edges fatty. I chose a Cajun topping which was very runny and had very small chopped pieces of crawfish I think… and two nice sized shrimp on top but they were cold. Also I ordered a baked sweet potato. It was the smallest one I’d ever seen but had a huge dollop of butter on top. For the price paid, I wasn’t pleased. I’ll stick to going to a stand alone establishment.

Booked a breakfast for 4. Steaks were cooked perfectly and our waitress Katrina was attentive and kept our coffees full after a long night of gambling before we hit the pool. We all loved it and will make a point to go back next time we are at the Nugget.

Pat’s 16 oz Ribeye was cooked perfectly & the melted butter on top gave our steaks great flavor. Highly recommend Saltgrass steak house.
