   Went here for the New Year’s Eve celebration. Could not have asked for anything better. All staff were professional. At one point the AC cycled on and I got a little chilly. They immediately moved us. The food was incredible. Was a very joyous New Year’s Eve. Will definitely go back next year.

   I attended a dinner event (Saltine Norfolk) and was blown away how good the whole experience was. The food was PERFECT. When we went for my daughters birthday celebration, maybe I was expecting too much, but my food came up short to my expectation. BUT, food was still good. The table was a little small for our party of six. Environment was nice and quiet. Plenty of parking space. Highly recommend

   We came to Saltine last minute on a Friday night and it was great! Ellie, our server, was super attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. To start, we got the truffle fries and tuna poke. The truffle fries were flavorful, hot, and crispy. The tuna poke was very fresh and they gave a large amount of fish especially for the price. I was very pleased with the starters. For entree’s, I got the poached lobster pasta and my partner got the braised short rib. Per some dietary restrictions, I asked for a less cream in the sauce and they were super accommodating. The pasta had a good and flavorful sauce with some crispy pancetta and a large lobster tail to top it off. Absolutely no complaints about my meal. My partners braised short rib was “one of the best meals he’s had in a while” and cleaned the plate. Overall, the restaurant was clean, inviting, and had great food. We definitely will be returning!
