    One of the best sushi and whiskey experience I have ever had - definitely recommend and will be going there again…. The blue corn tortillas tuna rolls are a must have, and the lobster rolls… great service and food!

    We have always come to SandFish for a special meal when in Palm Springs for the last few years and was always amazing; the food, the service and overall experience was 5 star. But last night's experience was below average, like something significantly changed in this restaurant's operations. The sushi was no longer special, the salad was not the same, the Sake wasn't flavorful. Overall, a complete let down after years of positive experiences. Sadly, I will not return and will explore other restaurants on our next visit. Thanks for the good times we did have. I hope you guys get back to normal Sandfish quality.

    What happened to sandfish? This my go to for a great nigiri or sashimi platter as it was fresh and beautifully presented. Those are no longer on the menu and seems to be focused on rolls. Either it’s a quality or supply issue but not showcasing your fish proudly through sashimi or nigiri makes me wonder.
