   Great restaurant with lots of amazing options for your table. We opted to order many of the dishes on the menu as we wanted to try so much stuff. The egg plan is amazing! So is the tar tar and tataki. The Korean pancake was one of the better ones I’ve had. The kimchi tomatoes and the pickled seaweed was also stand out options.

   Presentation and taste was wonderful! The flavors of each dish was amazing!! Service was superb as well. I will definitely be going back again

   Went to Sang last night for my best friend's birthday dinner. I called ahead of time to ask if I could pre-order 2 brownies with ice cream and be brought out right after our main as a surprise. I asked if they had a candle and if it was possible to write "Happy Birthday" on the plate. The lady I talked to on the phone was so excited and said yes to everything. My other best friend and I got there before the birthday girl, and I confirmed everything with the server (same lady I talked to on the phone). After our main, we stayed and waited for the dessert, but she never brought it out. Our server (different girl from the one I talked on the phone with) said they were closing in 10mins. I went up to her and asked her about the dessert, and she said she was not informed. I explained everything to her, and she said the lady I talked to left an hour before and didn't tell anyone about it. She eventually brought out a strawberry cheesecake (2 of us are lactose intolerant, including the birthday girl). No candle, no Happy Birthday. Food was 10/10, and the portion was great. We ordered the Chef's Table for $49/person, and it was worth it. But the service was a little bit disappointing. And to say this is the second time they've messed up a birthday surprise ...

   the oysters could have been bigger. Needs more umami, specialy the kimbap and cold noodle. Soup was good. Like the kimchi salad that came with the sirloin. Sirloin should have came with the 79$ valenntine tasting but you have to pay 10$ extra for it. Ambiance is ok. Quiet. Lots of space. One guy who serves and went to our table and gives our reciept and gives us a "look", rude. Over all food was ok, maybe we will come back.

   The food was amazing. We had the KFC, LA Short rib and the Radish Roll. The service was prompt and genuine and we enjoyed the experience.

    The staff are very personable and helpful. The Chef’s Table option is a great way to try a variety of dishes (the Korean pancake might have been my favourite but everything was delicious).
