   The ambience of the winery felt incredibly thought out, keeping it cozy and comfortable for everyone. It is a nice gem in Chagrin, giving a very woods-y feel. Food was excellent along with all the drinks offered. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were having a great time, including having blankets in case we needed them! How neat!

   Outstanding in every way, except that the martinis never arrived filled to the top!...pricey for a smaller volume cocktail.

   We had 3:00pm reservations and arrived at 2:40pm. We were greeted by the valet who stated he would not park our car because they would be closing soon. The building and surrounding grounds were fantastic. Unfortunately, there was a big mismatch between the physical appearance of the building and the service. When walking up the brunch buffet table, the employee who was supposed to make crepes was sitting behind the table attending to her cell phone. 0% awareness of customer service. We departed at 4:15pm and the valet “worker” was sitting in the front inside of working. I don’t think we’ll be back after paying $250.00 for apathetic service.

   My friends and I enjoyed our dining experience. I had the $42 restaurant week 3 course meal. The French onion soup and salmon were both good, the pumpkin cream brulee was not. The pear fritz beverage was tart & refreshing. My other guest enjoyed the lemonade, crab cake, and smash burger, the steak fritte was reported as salty but they enjoyed the lobster bisque (although not very warm). Overall it was a nice evening out with girlfriends and we will return to try more menu options. A beautiful place, just a little nippy during this season so wear a sweater and enjoy!
