   The place was a chaos with the hostess randomly assigning tables to the guests. They gave a table to a family before us and told us they had a kid so they get a preference instead of sticking to the appointment times. Eventually a table was offered that was in the middle of the walking area and we ended up leaving without ever getting seated. I hope this was only a busy day thing and they can improve so we can come back and get enjoy a meal at the restaurant.

   I reserved a table and reached Saroor Restaurant in hopes of celebrating a decent Valentines' night but alas, the food was tasteless and the wait time to receive food at our table was 1 hour!! We ended up leaving the place after two hours without eating a meal as it was not served even after complaining multiple times.

   Food was amazing, service was very good, ambiance would have been a 5 as well if it was warmer. Wife ate with her winter coat on. Everything else made it worth it though.
