Sartoria is the gastronomic proposal of Italian chef Marco Carboni (former chef at Osteria Francescana by Massimo Bottura), where he expresses the philosophy of his italian roots, based on the product, the season and a “hand-made” approach.

The menu is focused on seasonality, and products are produced in a sustainable way by small-scale producers. At Sartoria, pasta is produced artisanally every day, respecting italian tradition and simultaneously embracing mexican produce.

The warm ambiance of a traditional italian trattoria comes together with our vision of a contemporary osteria that is both dynamic and cosmopolite.

    Recibe el año nuevo en Sartoria. Hemos preparado un menú de cinco tiempos, se compone de entradas, pasta, plato fuerte y postre. Acompañanos a celebrar y disfrutar el inicio de un nuevo año. Para hacer una reservación es necesario pagar por anticipado, el menú por persona tiene un costo de $2645 pesos sin bebidas también tendremos maridaje disponible por $1495. Incluye servicio en ambos. La experiencia tiene una duración de dos horas y media. El día del podrás escoger de nuestra carta de vinos y bebidas o maridaje, mismas que podrás pagar directamente en el restaurante. Políticas de cancelación: Una semana antes del evento se cobrarán doscientos pesos por persona. Seis o menos días antes del evento: no aplica ningún tipo de reembolso.

    La comida es deliciosa, el ambiente es agradable. Había 8 empleados trabajando en el salón, y solo 4 mesas ocupadas. Sin embargo, tardaron 20 minutos en traer el vino y las bebidas, hasta que tuvimos que llamarles. Personal ineficaz.
