    The chef is amazing at adding to the overall experience. Omasake is the way to go as it is fish mainly from Japan. There ginger is the best in the business and all plates are beautiful

    It is always a privilege in this city to have any Omakase Chef’s Table offerings.  Chef May has added to that rare and limited availability by creating a beautifully authentic and exceptionally high quality original experience. Honestly, I felt I was in Japan. The attention to detail, the immaculately and fastidiously prepared dishes are truly works of art, in addition to the impeccable freshness and epic gastronomic experience. Simply Amazing!!! Thank you!!!

    Amazing restaurant! Such a pleasure to have a beautifully lead omakase experience like this in Calgary. I couldn’t leave without making my next reservation first and am counting down the days already. Bravo May, Jackie and the entire team at Satsuki!

    This was my 3rd visit to Satsuki over the past 2 years. I have fun every time. Because I visited on my birthday this time they offered me a dessert of choice on the house, which was a nice touch (black sesame tiramisu yum), and it came with a candle. Very sweet, thank you!

    Service was excellent, the restaurant is the definition of cutesy, thoughtful, and demure. Food was good, but not what I’m used to when it comes to Japanese cuisine. Would recommend and go again.
