This was a wonderful experience. Went there with my husband for my birthday. We wanted something a little different, so finding this gem of an old church-turned-restaurant in Castle Rock fit the bill. We reserved the Confessional Table, very quiet, cozy and romantic. The service was outstanding. I wish I could remember the name of our server. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The food was amazing. Very large portions, so there was plenty to take home for another meal. I was expecting the ambiance to be a little more "old world" but attached to the church was a larger, newer section of the restaurant that detracted from the late 19-century atmosphere that I was expecting. While there were a few old details here and there, most of the original elements were gone. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.

We finally were able to get a reservation again. That was the hard part. This great place to eat. The food is great. Service is great. It is now more accessible which is fantastic.

Great food and service. Taylor was our server and she was attentive, helpful and cheerful. Having great service makes for a great experience and everyone there was friendly with smiles...we will be back.

We loved the entrees that we had. However we would love to be able to order pizza after 4:00 in the dining area during the construction on the pizza side!

Had the Chicken Verde. While the chicken and spinach were delicious, the sauce was so watery that I didn't get to taste it

All pasta dishes were dry with little sauce. The staff was exceptional; our server especially. We had party of ten and had dined at the last supper table. History of church added to the ambiance.

5 Stars – A Wonderful Experience! Excellent food, excellent personal service! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. Our group was never rushed, which made catching up with friends even more enjoyable. The staff, especially Danielle, checked on us several times without being intrusive—just the right balance of attentiveness. The ambience was both special and fun, creating the perfect setting for a memorable outing. Highly recommend!
