   We got there early and had a chance to see karaoke which was fun. The band was phenomenal and called us up for our anniversary… that was very cool. We’ll definitely be back next week

   I didn’t order any food only drinks but my friends stated that the food was decent compared to the price of the dishes.

   Many people wonder where Scott Gertner's Sky Bar in the Montrose highrise went after closing. Scott renamed his jazz bar and restaurant Scott Gertner's Rhythm Room and it is now located inside the loop on Memorial Drive. It's been there for some time now and it is a wonderful place to catch the best jazz and R&B musicians in the city. They even have a karaoke night! Check it out for southern cooking, great happy hour, and kind service. Where else can you catch Kyle Turner and Joe Carmouche in one evening?

   Venue was nice! Ambiance was great! energetic performers! The waitress was very attentive and hosted well. Food was on time and was great! We enjoyed the salad and Boudain egg roll . The DJ played non stop until the band started performing. What a performance from the singers! The manager came by and greeted guests, it was nice to see that. Overall a great venue for a night out.

   I took my BFF here last night for her birthday and we had an awesome time. The venue is a nice intimate size. The service was outstanding from the moment we walked inside. We thoroughly enjoyed Joe Carmouche and his band as well as Jenni P. and Kyle Turner. I ordered the wedge salad with shrimp and it was a nice size portion. Next time, if I order this, I will ask for my dressing on the side because they gave very generous dressing on top of the salad. My BFF had chicken quesadillas which she said were delicious. I ordered a lavender martini and my only feedback on that is that it wasn’t quite cold enough and there was a bit too much lavender syrup. It was a little on the sweet side for me but all in all I enjoyed it. My best friend said that her margarita was amazing so we will definitely be back! The only thing that I will do next time is bring cash to tip the musicians.

   Me and my wife came here for our anniversary and it was great. The live music was on point and just set the mood for a wonderful night. Laurie greeted us and took us to the table perfect location of course and she and the waitress made sure we were taken care of the whole evening. Definitely will be back!!

    This was a nice end to a crazy week. I love the coziness of the restaurant. It was the best of all worlds...Karaoke, happy hour, televised college football, and a live band and dancing. The patrons were so interactive. I felt right at home. This is my hubby and I new date night spot.
