We aspire to be among the best restaurants in the country, using locally sourced ingredients and displaying five-star service to all our guests. As owners, Kenneth Norcutt and Tracy Smith are involved in every aspect of the restaurant.     Everything was wonderful. Yes there was a small wait but it was Valentine’s Day, AND the food was soooo worth the wait. Best food I’ve ever had. Will be coming back !!

    We have dined at Sea Blue many times since it opened in 2004, it never disappoints. Last night just further solidified its standing as the very best restaurant in the area by a wide margin. Our Chilean Sea Bass was delicious and prepared to absolute perfection. Pure white and flakey and moist, not the least bit dry. The charred asparagus and green beans were also outstanding and prepared to perfection, just the right degree of firmness. The crab cakes were possibly the best I’ve eaten period. Beautiful lump crab meat , seasoned just right with a perfectly crispy crust. The Crème Brûlée was a unique blend of blueberries, figs, apples and an excellent custard. Our server , Shaila, was a complete pleasure. Can’t wait to go back, as always.
