Seasoned is SUNY Adirondack’s student-run restaurant, located in the SUNY Adirondack Culinary Arts Center in downtown Glens Falls. SUNY Adirondack's Culinary students are trained by the college's highly skilled faculty, then put what they learn into action at the state-of-the-art learning center. Students learn the ins and outs of the restaurant and hospitality industries by working in all roles of the front of the house. In the kitchen and classrooms, they learn the art of creating delectable cuisines which are served to the patrons of Seasoned.

Seasoned also hosts Collaborative Cuisine dinner series where the college partners with local beverage companies in New York State. Enjoy a four-course pairing menus curated and prepared by SUNY Adirondack Chefs Matt Bolton, Dynia Mariano and their Culinary Arts students, the events are elevated with informal informational talking points from the chefs and our regional beverage partners. Being able to watch the kitchen and see the process was especially interesting for our son. The staff knew of his interest in cooking and gave us a tour afterward, which was really a treat.

Overall a wonderful experience. We all liked our appetizers, and loved the main courses. The desserts were presented beautifully and delicious as well. The menu offered a nice variety of. This is a restaurant which has students learning all aspects of the restaurant business including student chefs and wait staff. Everyone is friendly, but at various points of learning, so this should be taken into consideration when dining here.

This is an amazing place. Not only do you get a fantastic meal, but you get it from a great group of students. I have never had a bad experience and the food has been consistently terrific.

Morgan was excellent she was my server tonight. She was fast, greeted herself right away and did everything right. Everything I ordered also tasted amazing. 100% reccomend

We were greeted immediately and seated quickly. Our server was attentive and the restaurant is very nice inside! The menu and drinks list was varied and interesting. Beer, hard cider, wine are for sale plus soft drinks, iced tea, lemonade , etc. are available and included in the cost of the meal. We chose potato & leek soup as our appetizer, delicious, but could have been a bit warmer. My companion had the pork chop with kimchee and rice, I had the grilled steak with smashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. Both our entrees were outstanding, hot, and excellently cooked. Dessert menu had great choices from which we chose chocolate mousse: delicious!! Baked goods such as poppyseed and cinnamon breads, muffins were for sale on your way out! We enjoyed a terrific meal for a very decent price. Thank you, SUNY students and staff!!
