They over booked the New Year Eve event and couldn’t find us a table for the night. Ruined our New Year’s Eve night. Don’t recommend these events.

We had reservations for the second seating for mew years. Our reservation was at 9:15pm and we got the table at 10:40pm after arguing with the hostess and the manager to get our money back because we were about to leave. We ended up having dinner after 12. We were not the only ones everybody was mad and requesting their money back because they were not seating them. The organization was horrible it really ruined peoples new year’s celebration. It was definitely not worth what we paid. I dont think I will be going back. I must say our server was very nice and tried his best for us to have a good time.

New Years Eve at this restaurant was an absolute nightmare. Our 9:00 pm second seating “Experience” booking advertised that we would have our table from 9:00 pm until close. Upon arriving at the restaurant at 9:00, we waited in a 40 minute line only to be told our table was not available. They said they would text us to let us know when they could seat us. Other guests were having arguments with the host staff as we checked in, facing similar problems. We went to the bar to wait, and come 10:45 pm, STILL no table. The fixed menu price was $250 per person with an added gratuity, and drinks were not included. We expected to have dinner finished by 10:45 pm and free to enjoy the NYE celebration, but instead we didn’t even have a table. We spent the next 20 minutes pleading with the manager and host team to solve the issue. The hostess actually blamed Open Table for the issue, suggesting they weren’t stopping guests’ ability to book reservations despite being sold out. We eventually got sat at a bar high top by 11:00 pm. Our dinner was served at 11:50 pm. The experience wasn’t all bad. You could tell the wait staff was giving their best effort across the board. The music was great and the ambiance they created was really cool. Food was good as well when it finally arrived. Unfortunately, the operations completely ruined our experience. We will never be returning to Seaspice as a result.

Terrible. The restaurant made us wait 45 mins for our table reservation. Upon sitting, it took 30 minutes for our waiter to even acknowledge us. My mom had to get up and grab the waiter to take our order. Our drinks did not show up, nor did one of our dishes. We told the manager and then he brought us our drinks at the end of the dinner. Very bad experience. I would never go again.

We have eaten at this restaurant several times. The last two dining experiences have resulted in horrible service. The wait staff seemed bothered to be doing their job. We will not be returning.

This is my favorite restaurant in Miami. Came here to celebrate my birthday. Was quite disappointed that the service was lackluster even though the place was slow. Empty drink glasses, long wait times between courses & searching for our server. Not sure what is going on but I caught you slipping this time

Want to love this place so much but these hostesses disappoint every time. I booked a table for Sunday at 7 pm for Sunday Funday (on opentable) It didn’t mention anything on the reservation about a $200/person minimum. We get there and the hostess is taking us all the way in the back of the inside seating where there’s no one and when I mentioned why can’t we get a table on the terrace she said standoffishily that there’s a minimum. I had to ask to manager why that was and then they sat us at a beautiful table by the water that wasn’t part of the minimum spent. I mean why couldn’t she seat us there from the beginning?🤔 a light dinner for 2 still came up to $260 anyway.
