Crafted by a love of cocktails, incredible food, and of course - prosecco, we're proud to be Hamilton's first prosecco bar. Located in the beloved James Street South neighborhood, we opened our doors on August 3rd 2022. We're excited to create and share memorable experiences with you all.

Chef Kenny has created our vibrant menu for Winter. Offering fresh flavours throughout our globally inspired dishes - you'll soon come to realize we're more than just a Prosecco bar.

    I had booked my bf’s birthday there. They cancelled my reservation without notifying me and called it glitch in the system and we couldn’t find reservations anywhere as I called them half hour hour before the actual reservation and that’s when I came to know about cancellation. Since it was last moment, we couldn’t get in anywhere as it was a Friday and we ended up doing a take out. Horrible experience and I would probably never go back there even to try them as this was not very cool to do it and ruin someone’s special day.

If a reservation is cancelled through OpenTable network that usually means the guest has modified their own reservation. We were not notified of any changes on our end, and we did not make any cancellations. I understand how frustrating this can be, especially on a special occasion, and I’m sorry for the inconvenience.     The later was outstanding what a lovely guy. Very attentive at the right times. The food was lovely. The only complaint we have is the parking. Not many places to park in that neighborhood.

    The food was incredible! The secco platter was amazing, everything on the platter was outstanding! Our meals were all fantastic also! Drinks were also extremely well done!

    Great food, excellent presentation and delicious drinks. Very personable bartender/mixologist 😉. Enjoyed our anniversary dinner here and will be sure to visit again.

    made a reservation for 5 for 7:30 pm on Sunday. It took a bit for our server to come over once we arrived. our drink order was finally taken, however it took over an hour to get our drinks. it was explained that there were some issues with staff and someone had to rush in (which we can appreciate) but we thought the wait was a little excessive. since it took so long for drinks we hadn’t put a food order in yet. when another server walked by and we asked, he had to double check to see when last call was. this was a little confusing considering we had made a reservation for dinner. we did finally get our drinks, which were good. no complaints on the food.
