SPR, Memphis' favorite late night sushi, fusion restaurant and bar features an original menu combining ingredients and techniques from the Far East. Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and other Asian cuisines are blended for unique effects. Handcrafted interestingly shaped tables, exotic lighting, and a wall of water complete the scene for a hip, west coast ambience. Patio seating is also available.     It was a birthday dinner for my wife. We had a couple cancel at the last minute, one couple arrive 30 mins late, and we brought a cake. The staff and our wonderful server for overly accommodating to everything. They brought the cake out with the candles and everything. Turned out to be a great and fun dinner. Thanks Pac Rim!

    Our server was lovely however the best thing on the menu at a SUSHI restaurant was the burger. Wow! Otherwise it was just ok. Sekisui Collierville is so much better. Don’t ever have to go back unless it’s for that burger. Bathrooms were pretty gross as well.

    Awesome experience from start to finish. Our server Linda was wonderful, extremely efficient and friendly. My wife and I both chose Bento boxes for our entrees, they were delicious and were great portions. Tempura cheesecake finished off our meal, it was delicious. Thank you for making our Valentines Day date memorable.

    We enjoyed some interesting flavors with the teriyaki chicken and the shrimp and shitake mushrooms. My husband really liked his garlic duck. The portions are kind of small, but the flavors are good. The waitress was attentive. The egg rolls were a bit of a surprise because they didn't have any vegetables other than the sweet potato with the pork, so they are quite different from Chinese egg rolls. This was my first visit to SPR, and I thought it was supposed to be a really elegant setting from what I had heard. It was very clean, but casual.
