    The Brussels Caesar salad is always a hit. We paired it with a citrus tuna appetizer that was so bright and fresh. The citrus really let the flavor of the tuna shine. For our meals we did the octopus ragu and a special that was spinach pasta with a spinach cream sauce topped with bread crumbs and parm, both were outstanding and the special should be on the menu regularly it was so good. We finished with a dark chocolate pot de creme and sticky toffee pudding, both were the perfect ending to a delightful meal

    As always, the food was absolutely spectacular and so is the service. I wish they would open up a restaurant in the Manasquan area.

    Spectacular, innovative dishes every time we go. Do not dine at Semolina without trying the Dutch Country Chicken, you will agree it’s the best you’ve probably ever had.

    Always a wonderful experience at this cozy BYOB. LOVE the hot crusty bread immediately offered. We loved tuna tartare and spaghetti squash burrata apps. Fantastic legendary pork chop and delectable clam pasta with bread crumbs. Server Karen is the best!

    The hostess the waitress go the good! Everything was fantastic! They run a great place. My only wish is they would be slower with the courses. It’s too fast

    It’s literally impossible to have a bad dining experience at Semolina. The staff are phenomenal, the seasonally rotating menu is perfection, and the budino + espresso are a thing of beauty. The only thing that can go wrong when you visit Semolina is that you forget to BYOB. Plan ahead, pick your wine, and book a table now.

    Always excellent hospitality by the Semolina crew.  Love this season’s menu. The  venison, carpaccio and veal bolognese were delicious!
