Service here was just bad. Not sure if understaffed but had to call someone over/flag someone down every step of our meal. Brought out pancakes and no syrup, pasta w/ cheese without the cheese, no water refills etc. practically begged for people to come to our table and help us. Not worth the price tag

I had the pleasure of dining her for dinner while in the city for Christmas. We had the most wonderful time, and will definitely be coming back! Our server was attentive and the food was delicious!

The restaurant was packed so I was concerned about service. We were seated at a table on the lower level next to a warm fire. It was a great, relaxed meal with wonderful service

The wait time from ordering to plates being delivered was a bit long, but totally worth it! The restaurant was slammed and for good reason. I don't know the name of the waiter (it was too noisy) but he was amazing. My friend and I were in NYC for the tree lighting and dinner was the icing on the cake. I would totally recommend Serafina to anyone looking for a fantastic menu with energetic ambiance.

We went on Thanksgiving. It filled up quickly but noise level remained fairly quiet and easy to hear. The food was outstanding and Vanessa, our server, was phenomenal!

Great ambience. Very friendly service. Shout out to Max, my brother from Mexico. But a $40 truffle pasta is supposed to be outstanding and it was not. Same thing for the Spaghetti limone. Deserts were perfect though, both nutella focaccia & tiramisu.
