   Really friendly staff and great food. It’s very noisy when full so sometimes hard to be heard but a great atmosphere.

   We had a shocking experience at Serina last night. From the moment we sat down we felt like we were being rushed. We ordered our food witch then came out very quickly. Two of us had finished out started but one was still eating but they continued to collect the empty dishes making the one still eating feel rushed to finish. After being at our table for just under 1hour 30 mins we were asked numerous times by different members of staff if we had finished as they needed our table, we still had drinks to finish, in the email it states that if the is 3 or more of you eating , you are entitled to have the table for 2 hours. It seemed that they couldn’t cope with the number of bookings. We even heard one waiter offer a group of people a table at their sister restaurant Heavens Kitchen down the road.

   Really enjoyed our evening. Just moved to farnham and this will be a firm favourite. Live music was great, a really fun night!

   We were told on arrival that we’d got 1 .5 hours at the table which I wasn’t aware of before. However we didn’t get our mains until an hour in and then felt pressured to eat quickly. Therefore we didn’t eat dessert or order coffee. The ambience was quite noisy and difficult to hold a conversation. When it came to pay, I only had cash and was not made aware before this time it was card only. What would have happened if my friend hadn’t been able to put my bill on her card? Cash should be accepted. Overall, the food was tasty, but service quite slow as they were so busy and we should have been notified of the time restriction and no cash policy in advance.

   Considering you get just 1.5 hours to finish your meal before you are asked to vacate the table, I would have thought the service would have been quicker. No sooner had we finished (left) desert we are asked to make way for more diners. This would have been ok, to be honest, if the food was any good. Garlic chilli prawns made with jalapeño is just a bit weird. Chicken Ramen made with egg noodles and a breaded chicken piece - also a bit weird and soggy. Desert microwaved to within an inch of its life. Feel perhaps menu is too vast for any of it to be done justice. Trying to find a restaurant in Farnham that just wants to be a restaurant and focus on the food instead of ambience is proving tricky.
