   Lively atmosphere, very loud music. Food was good. We could not order apps first, had to order with the entrees so we did. And the apps never came. We had to ask and although the mgr comped them for us, they came after we were finished eating our entrees. Best part is the ambiance and the rooftop view to a blue sky. So it was nice to see the sun and not freeze in the 33° outdoors.

   Amazing food but very small portions especially the steak. The ambiance and noise lever were perfect.

   When a restaurant can’t even get “warm bread” right then you know that’s not a good sign. We ordered drinks from their cocktail list. They were good. We ordered two appetizers one was the wagu steak skewers and the other was the warm Otto bread. One of the pieces on the skewer was so chewy and hard it couldn’t even be swallowed. And the bread was served Ice cold. We said something to the waitress and the skewers were credited and they gave us new bread that was smaller and burnt. We just kept it. For entrees I order the pasta with the white truffle and it was the plainest pasta I’ve ever had it was so bland and disappointing I just ate it cause I was hungry and didn’t want to complain again. My husband got the burger and ordered it medium. It came well done. He sent it back and we just left cause we had such a bad experience. We went there for the Christmas decor it was nice but I would not recommend the place to anyone.

   Terrible Thanksgiving dinner!! After a 25-minute wait for a table, we were seated, but the service was disorganized from the start. Our waiter seemed unsure which tables he was managing, leading to confusion. It took 40 minutes for the appetizers to arrive, and the main course followed an astonishing 1 hour and 45 minutes later from the time we were seated. To make matters worse, the room was uncomfortably cold, which didn’t help the long wait. When our food arrived, it was clear the attention to detail was lacking. Unlike other restaurants, they didn’t offer parmesan or pepper, nor did they provide new silverware with the main dish. Portions were incredibly small- and it only took us 2-3 minutes to finish, even though we’re slow eaters. Food was good but it does not worth the wait.

   The food and ambiance was over the top. Our meals were scrumptious! Each bite was a true pleasure. Can’t wait to return! The bathrooms were a bit of a disaster. Too many people without a pickup service. I mentioned it to the gentleman who was confirming guest reservations but he didn’t really care. Wine prices were a little ridiculous. But the meals and decor were 5 star! Thank you!!!

   Overall is 4⭐️since the food could’ve been better (we had the thanksgiving manu). Prices were more than fair, wine as excellent. Service was up and beyond, really great for NYC. Ambience was great too. We had a great table as well. Pasta was great, we only wish the seasonal food was a bit better🍁🎃🦃, but for that everyone can go to an American food restaurant I guess.

   Great overall experience. Great staff, but waited long time for our main meals. Water for family of 5, was $32! Still and Sparkling. Last restaurant night before in NY- no cost. Meals were yummy, but small portions.

    Restaurant has gone downhill since change of ownership Steak was barely warm, obviously previously cooked then re-heated, chewy and poor quality. Chicken was dry and little to no seasoning Bread gnocchi was soup like and mushy like oatmeal, no flavor Seated near a meal prep area in the corner with shouting waiters and garbage being dragged in big plastic bags one foot fro out table, ruined whatever ambiance there was. Took over an hour to receive food after ordering This has obviously become a tourist trap relying on prior reputation it no longer deserves since being sold
