   Such a wonderful experience! Nestor, our waiter, was amazing. Great food, great ambience- there just aren’t enough words. My husband and I would highly recommend this restaurant to our friends. We will be back!!

   We celebrated our anniversary this past weekend & a friend suggestion Serrano's. The view and atmosphere was amazing. Isaac our serving was wonderful & his presentation of preparing Mexican coffee is a show not be be missed. The live music was a surprising bonus to a wonderful evening.

   Great food, beautiful view. Nice drinks selection. Service was a little chaotic, the servers placed the food/drinks in front of wrong people every time, which is fine but shows a disorganized service. We felt 10% tip was sufficient on this occasion but were made to feel like it wasn't enough by the server when we had spent a lot of money in the restaurant. We would return x

   Our waiter Emiglio was charming and attentive! He made our evening a special event. The food was amazing, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was beautiful! Our visit to Serranos was one to remember 🎉

    This is one of our favorite restaurants to bring our guest and family too when they’re visiting Puerto Vallarta. We are never disappointed by their ambience, food or service.
