Seviche is Nuevo Latino, an eclectic mix of the traditional flavors of Latin American cuisine and its influences infused into new contemporary dishes. Our chef creates new exciting flavorful dishes based on his heritage and formal training. Chef Anthony Lamas has received national acclaim, John Mariani of Esquire Magazine exclaims "Seviche has emerged as one of America's best and most innovative Nuevo Latino-style restaurants, with plenty of the chef's personality packed into every dish." Seviche has received 4 stars from local food critics and continues to be a stand out among Louisville's top independent restaurants.



We have just completed an extensive renovation and expansion. New features include updated bar area, cocktail lounge, state of the art restrooms and 60 person private dining room.

    We had an amazing experience. Natalie was our server and she was fantastic. Highly recommended the scallops. Desserts were also amazing we ordered almost all of them to try.

    Parking wasnt as bad as i thought it would be. Promptly greeted and seated. Cocktails were delicious! Appetizer was amazing, calamari, omg. The entre was to die for. My wife had the halibut, i had the skirt steak. The steak was very tasty, wonderful flavor. Pricy but worth it. I will be back

    This was the second time my siblings have gathered at Seviche to celebrate a birthday. The experience has been great both times. The wait staff is exceptional and the food is amazing.

    The food is outstanding. It’s a beautiful restaurant with valet parking which is rare in this area. The wines are very good and fairly priced.

    I chose to Celebrate my Birthday as I have in the past because it has always been one of my favorite places. This is all based on Excellent Customer Service, My Favorite Foods that never fail, the Calamari, The Halibut, the great cocktails and most of all the Ambiance. Everyone at Seviche made sure I had a great experience. Thank You!!

    I think you guys were a little understaffed, the service was not great. Took way too long to get our drinks, food was good, but our order was not staged well, food runners had no idea who was getting what, hard to get our server’s attention - overall we were disappointed this time vs. prior visits. We expect better for >$100 per person meal.
