   We shared the Vegan Mezze and ordered the Za'atar Manaeesh also. Everything was so tasty! Ordered the sparkling water which comes with free refills. Lovely way to round off an evening after the cinema!

   First time aitting at the back of the restaurant, previously we have sat at the front within the main building & found the service very good. Unfortunately this time sitting at the back the service was poor. We waited 25 minutes to be served even though we waved at waiters twice within that time & still had to wait. The starter came about 10-15 minutes later, all of a sudden the main came 2 minutes later which was bad timing as we had to eat it all at Ince instead of it being spaced out. Overall the food was very good but the co-ordination of table service at the back area needs vast improvement.

   The food was great no doubt about it. I was looking forward to try their Knafeh and Baklava but I was disappointed. I have tried it earlier and it was great but this time both the desserts were not their usual standard. Having said that rest all was great. The place looked beautiful and the dinner was great.

   This has to be the best Middle Eastern food served by an actual Middle Eastern Restaurant. Often you see the cuisine offered in a multicultural restaurant but it’s always far off the real deal. Where as at Shaku Maku, we were served real authentic middle eastern food, (said by a Middle Eastern guy who struggled to find certain authentic dishes in Ireland including Jordanian’s). Of course some dishes had to be adapted to a wider audience including Irish people but it works and doesn’t change the dish too much, you can see it in how many Irish people were at the restaurant which is great. One down side is that the restaurant is far from where I live, but I’ll definitely be ordering in through Deliveroo. Prices are a bit high for what the actual dishes are (again coming from an Arabic guy who knows what those ingredients cost) but prices here are very similar to other places where they claim to be authentic, so I guess you are paying for good quality authentic food and for rarity. All the guys there were friendly and had nothing but smiles on their faces. Overall I’d highly recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.

    Always a great experience here. The staff have excellent attention to detail and the food is packed with flavour.
