From the moment we opened the door on a dark, windy, and wet night, and saw the warm light streaming out, we knew we'd made a good choice! Friendly staff, good food, dog friendly, and an all-round welcoming atmosphere.

Just an outstanding experience: the atmosphere was amazing from the get go. Very warm welcome from staff. Starters and main were so good, really well cooked and presented pub classics. Will definitely be back!

We weee a group of friend and enjoyed a lovely Sunday roast. I had pork belly, my favourite. Beer was good and service friendly

Excellent a Sunday lunch , lots of veg .Thr beef and pork were very tasty and tender! One Yorkshire pud was a little over cooked but we had a lovely lunch in a pleasant t restaurant with attentive staff.
