White counter table in the black and white restaurant interior, with Jazz as piped-in music - the restaurant is bringing about a mature atmosphere. We are the forerunner of serving rare parts of meat, and we always have various selections of rare meat parts to serve you. Also, depending on the season, we serve the grill dishes of special meats such as the first Japanese chapon (castrated male chicken), and suffolk lamb from Shinshu Shinmachi.) The meats are cooked with a various sauce created to match with each part of the meat, and there are some seasonings on the table too, for you to enjoy changing the flavor as you like.
Our beverage selection has a sense of fun. Please enjoy a glass of grape juice made of various types of wine grapes. The main beverage is the Japanese sake. Because our restaurant owner is supporting "The Joy of Sake" since it was held for the first time in Japan, we have many channels to obtain sake from. we are sure that you will find the sake you love.
