Drawing on Turkish heritage and tradition, Shish’s ethos is borne out of a desire to create a hub as the heart of the home, centred around the fire hearth where cooking and families come together and share in the occasion.     Excellent experience! The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. We had lunch here, and all four of us are eager to come back. The service was also very attentive. We really had a great time at Shish!

    Came in on a busy Saturday night and the place was packed. Service was good for the amount of people. Food took awhile but was delicious once received! Would go back.

    Lovely surroundings with comfortable seating and busy atmosphere. Great choices of food and the alcohol free drinks we're surprisingly very tasty and refreshing. Tavuk Pirzola and Beyti Lamb Kebab were original and highly recommended although looking around the Mixed Grill Platter seemed the most popular choice in the restaurant with its heated metal serving dish. Been in Edinburgh for a few days and this was the best food experience we've had.

    Service was very good, ambiance was great, we ordered Mix Grill and Humus which was very tasty. Overall a very nice experience, we will definitely go again.
