We are ecstatic to open a state of the art open kitchen, serving the two dishes we recklessly love and cannot live without...noodles and sushi! Our goal is to focus heavily on freshness and quality, as we make craft noodles and sushi for our guests. That also means we will be making everything from scratch, in-house. This includes soups, tare (sauces), toppings, and last but not least, fresh crafted noodles. We hope to see you soon as we serve you our favorite foods.     Great experience here. I highly recommend trying this place out. We sat at the sushi bar. My husband got three items from the specials and I got the chefs choice tasting. They have a few options for the chefs tasting from a 9 piece basic to a full omakase. It really allows you to get a fabulous experience without completely wiping your bank account. Toro, uni, live scallop. Everything was delicious, including the cocktails. I had a chefs omakase at royal sushi and I think about that everyday. It's hard to compare because I did not get the full omakase, however, I was completely satisfied with the quality I received. It was a wonderful experience. I hope to return soon and frequently.

    Outstanding rolls and lovely atmosphere. The ginger crème brûlée is heavenly. The best thing about Shiso is the people. From the sushi master to the servers, they are warm and welcoming.

    Had a fantastic anniversary dinner with my partner. The black cod and chicken kaarage small plates were amazing and the tuna tasting sushi was superlative.
