   Food was amazing as usual! We sat for 15+ minutes before anyone came and took our drink order. But once she finally did come around service wasn’t bad.

   Great birthday celebration Did not get birthday discount as it was not the actual date for birthday. Sometimes a week day just doesn’t work for a group to go.

   Fun evening. Waiter was slow to bring drinks as he waited to bring all at once when the others were seated around grill. Then a bit rushed with miso and salad and finally the ice cream. Our guest was still eating her meal when the waiter was pushing ice cream. Food was good, not great. Chef at the grill had a great personality. Wish they would get rid of the plastic melamine dishes for what they are charging. We did enjoy ourselves. A few opportunities for the team to make it an excellent fun night out.

   Amazing food and staff. Veggies should be served last, so much protein wasted from being too full to enjoy. The main part of the meal you pay for is proteins so you should be able to enjoy those before being filled up on veggies, salad, soup and rice. However Kendy was very entertaining and Hari was very attentive! Thank you Shogun for an enjoyable night out.

   Food & service was good. Price was very reasonable. There was a very loud and large wedding party there, the noise was deafening, we could not hear ourselves talk. Not enjoyable. We were totally overwhelmed. Not a good experience.

   The dishes we ordered didn't seem to be as described, the quantity of food for price was not what we expected. The chef was pleasant but 4 shrimp for a 54.00 meal didn't seem to add up, and one small scoop of ice cream

   Our waiter was very good. He brought our drinks out quickly and the appies as well. He cleared any plates in a quick manner too. Our chef Carl was excellent. Very nice and funny, and cooked our food very well. I love coming to this restaurant, very much worth the money! And half off your meal on your birthday :).

    Another great dining experience: The appetizer was delivered on time, and the main meal was cooked as requested, especially the beef; the staff was friendly; our cook, Sang, made our dining experience enjoyable and made all the customers at the table feel comfortable. We’re delighted with the overall experience with Shogun. Highly recommended.
