Located inside of the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort, SHOR American Seafood Grill has the freshest Seafood and the best views in town. Our floor to ceiling windows and a large outdoor patio provide spectacular views of The Gulf of Mexico. Every seat is a great one. Outdoor Seating is available upon request, but not guaranteed.
Whether Breakfast or Dinner we have dishes that please. Our specialties include the Crab Benedict for Breakfast, & the Signature Lobster Mac & Cheese for Dinner. If seafood is not preferred, we have fabulous Steak, Pasta, Vegetarian and Vegan options. Our full menu is available online. Parking is never an issue with SHOR, we offer 3 hour complimentary parking for qualifying meals.

I had a 3pm reservation in 30-45 mins they stop all service and started breaking down the food station, I felt rushed out. If they planned on closing that early then they should not take reservations that late several other customers felt the same way.. So for the value I give it the lowest score possible.

                                                                          We had the holiday brunch there. The variety of food is good. The fruits and salad are fresh. The fried grouper is tasty. But the raw oysters does not seems fresh with a weird taste. I am a little disappointed, since I love raw oysters and the price is not cheap with $60/adult and $20/kid.

                                                                          My family and I were staying at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and booked their Thanksgiving Dinner buffet and it was totally worth it! The service at the Shor restaurant is very friendly and the buffet had exceptional variety, with a whole room just for desserts. There was lots to choose and enjoy from. Definitely a must have Thanksgiving experience to have with your family and friends and I’m so glad I booked it!
