   Food was great appetizers were cooked well we had Calamari and bacon two great choices. Steaks were cooked right and were great cuts of meat. Our waitress was awesome!

   Food done to order from one order of well done to one order of rare steak. Sides were large portions, enough to share among four at the table. service was good, and the noise level was quiet to moderate, but there were only a few tables active. Prices were quite high.

   While our server was very nice, it was clear that kitchen and bar was very backed up. Timing seemed very delayed and short handed. Disappointing for a higher end dinner

Our manager checked in at the end of service to ensure you had a great dining experience with us and everyone at the table said they enjoyed everything.     We recently dined at Shula’s Steakhouse and had a great experience when it came to both the food and service. The steaks were cooked perfectly, and our server was attentive and knowledgeable, making the meal enjoyable. However, one major disappointment was that the online menu had not been updated in years. This was a key factor in our decision to dine here, and we were shocked to find that the actual prices were significantly higher—wine was nearly three times the cost listed online, and food prices were 30-40% more. When we brought this up, the manager was understanding and mentioned that they have been asking corporate to update the menu for years, but nothing has been done. While we appreciated the quality of the meal and the hospitality, the outdated pricing felt misleading. I’d recommend dining here for the food, but be prepared for prices well beyond what’s advertised online. Hopefully, corporate makes the necessary updates soon.
