    En esta ocasión el servicio fue excepcionalmente lento. Al final pedimos café y después de mucho esperar nos lo trajeron sin plato para poner la tasa y la cuchara, el mesero puso la cuchara sobre la mesa. Creo que faltó más presciencia de los Capitanes, pues había suficientes meseros, solo estaban desorganizados. Soy un cliente regular de el Sibau y es la primera vez que esto me sucede.
