   We absolutely love everything about Sidecar! We went for Whiskey Wednesday and they have great deals on craft cocktails. One of the mixologists, Tyler, came to our table and talked to us about some of the Whiskeys and drinks we might like. We appreciated him taking time to make recommendations and answer questions we had.

   Music was great! Basque Pecan toffee cheesecake was fantastic. Service was wonderful. Our drinks were so tasty. Gem in New Braunfels! Been there many times and always great. We take guests from out of town there too.

   We have been a dozen times and the service was always spectacular. Last night our waiter was absent, did not clear our plates, did not bring water, we had to flag him down every time we wanted something. We have to flag down the hostess and other servers when we could not find him. We have not seen him before. He was around 25 to 30 with a beard. We were the Metha Vasquez party of 5 near the door. The music was fabulous, the atmosphere was super and the drinks amazing. We will keep coming.

   Best bar in Texas. Wonderful atmosphere, superb craft cocktails, music to die for, and Susanna,s service was perfection. It is not just a bar, it is perfection.
