    The whole experience was excellent. Right from the start. Our waiter was friendly, helpful and was always sure to check on us. My daughter ordered the Lobster and was extremely happy with it. I had the ribeye steak. I would have to say it was one of the best steaks I have ever had and I’ve had a lot of steaks in the high end restaurants. We also ordered the potatoes cooked in duck fat. They were incredible. Crispy and crunchy on the outside and soft inside, full of flavour! When I made the reservation, I noted it was a belated birthday celebration. The restaurant was kind enough to send a fancy small dessert just enough for my daughter and I to share. From the staff to the whole meal the attention to detail and quality is outstanding . I have to to say we had a perfect day skiing and being our last night in Whistler, Sidecut just made the trip perfect. I would definitely recommend Sidecut. I will be sure to return on my next visit.

    Services were very fair. They sat us next to a table with four children all under 4 years of age. Meanwhile the entire restaurant was empty. We moved tables and it took no lie 45 minutes for a new waiter to take our drink order and speak to us. For a very upscale restaurant this seems very off and uninviting.

    Went here on our final night at Whistler. They had in a very large group which sat in an area with a curtain. There were 24-30 people in that business group and they were very very loud. No consideration for anyone else in the restaurant. For the price it was very disappointing for the restaurant to be so loud. We could not even hear each other talk. Food was good, service was good, that group made the dining experience a poor one. Management still hammered us with a full charge even though they knew we were very disappointed.

    Highlight of our trip every year - the wine list is fantastic and the food is delicious. Last year we had this as our first dinner, this year as our last dinner of the trip. A “cherry on top” of a wonderful stay as always at the four seasons whistler

    Food and service here are of the highest quality. I experienced the best burger I have ever had and the foie gras as a starter was so rich and tasty. Oscar and Damian went above and beyond really making the experience special. Four Seasons always delivers. Highly recommend!
