The absolute best service! We dined at the bar and couldn’t ask for better service! The head bar tender (maybe Alex) was just beyond amazing!!! Great recommendation and pleasant convo! Thank you again!

Went for dinner with friends on New Year’s eve. Took 10 mins to place our drinks order. Placed starters and main course together. I didn’t get any started and went straight for my meal and informed the food can come whenever it’s ready. Starters came at perfect time. But then I was waiting for my main course and it took forever, and later server asked if he can send the main course and we probably thought maybe be he was waiting for us to confirm even though we informed food can come whenever it was ready. At this point it was already like 20 mins since we got our starters, regardless didn’t complain as we thought it was miscommunication from our side, then waited for another 15 mins for one Pizza and the fries and then we had to call server to check status and he said should be out in couple mins, comes back after 10 mins and said there is miscommunication and he is having it prepared at that moment on priority, it took another 25 mins and he comes as says they are still working and that he would comp the pizza. I was still waiting to eat food for an hour now. Finally, we were about to ask for check and leave. It came and guess what we never got the fried we ordered which is weird as he reconfirmed the order when we initially placed. Pretty sure he didn’t place the order as I lost my appetite after waiting for an hour for food and it wasn’t even busy. So, just asked for box, never ate my meal. No apology or anything. Just didn’t care. Very disappointed as last time I visited had really good experience with service and food. Went for New-year dinner and returned home without eating anything! Food my friends ordered was good.

The food is unbelievable and the service was the best we had in Chicago! Highly recommend the pasta dishes — they even split our dishes for us because we were splitting. We went on the last day of our trip and wish we went sooner to hit it multiple times. Big ups to Siena Tavern. Any bad reviews for this place is fake news.

We had our favorite brunch…Bloody Mary and the egg sandwich. So consistently delicious we had to bring our friends to join in on the meal. Didn’t disappoint!

Too long for table asignation, terrible table, rude hostess staff, the food was cold and over priced. The manager was nice and also the waiters. Good ambience and music.

NYE Tasting menu had plenty to choose from with some great tastes. Matthew our server was excellent and too great care of us. The food came out with great timing, especially for a holiday. Would definitely recommend.

I went with my girlfriend to celebrate her birthday on New Year’s Eve and had really high expectations, however I was let down. The ambiance and atmosphere was beautiful. The food was meh, very average, nothing special whatsoever. Service was also slow, taking about an hour to receive our appetizer and an additional 30 minutes to receive the main entrees.
