   The food was delicious and our server was the absolute best. He was professional and kind. This was my first time having fondue. I will definitely go back, but on a special occasion only. I felt like the price was too high for what was ordered.

   The ambiance was wonderful. The waiter we had was extremely friendly and courteous. Enjoyed my time there.

   Felt a little bit rushed. The server did know the menu. Spoke up when we picked something he liked or had tried. Price is getting up there. It's one of our favorite date nights restaurants. For us, it is a splurge. May have to cut back the number of visits we have.

   What a nice treat! Zay took very good care of us and the food was good. A little disappointed that they no longer serve pork entrees, but the beef tenderloin was excellent. We chose the French onion cheese fondue which was OK, but next time will choose the classic cheddar. The best part of the meal of course was the dessert! We close the dark side mocha and it was spectacular!!!

   Took 2.5 hours for a modest 3 course meal. Not crowded, so the slow and indifferent service was not expected. Food was OK, but value and service was below par. We were in a hopping part of town on a beautiful Saturday night and less than half of the restaurant was filled. Should have given us an indication.

I will look into your visit immediately and ensure that this does not happen again. We always strive to give the best fondue experience with the best service and in this case we dropped the ball.    We've been going to Simply Fondue since the day they opened and have celebrated new jobs, birthdays, anniversaries and just about anything you can imagine - we love Simply Fondue! Once again the food was great and the service...wow...the service was FANTASTIC. We'll be back very soon.

   We love Simply Fondue and our kids love the experience. The food is good and the idea is awesome, but the service just needs a little work. Maybe it was an off night, but it seems like our waiter, who was obviously new, had tables all over the restaurant. The Simply Fondue concept doesn’t lend itself to that type of service. I’m sure getting servers is difficult, but it seems like there needs to be a dedicated bartender, 2-3 bussers and expos and 5-6 servers on the floor. Especially for a busy Saturday night. We will be back but it would be better if some of these issues were addressed.

    First fondue experience and will only go back for dessert in future. We did the 4 course meal. Cheese course was fine - wish we had gone with Monterrey jack option instead of French onion. Salads were average but fresh. Didn’t realize we would be cooking the proteins ourselves at the table on a skillet - similar to Korean BBQ. The pre-seasoned/marinated meats were far too salty for our preference. The proteins that tasted the best were the ones with no additional seasoning. Dessert course was our favorite. Server was great.
