Named for Lee W. Sinclair one of the original owners of West Baden Springs Hotel. Sinclair brought sophistication to southern Indiana and transformed the hotel into a slice of European elegance in America. Located just off the atrium.

    We enjoyed this restaurant- the artichoke appetizer was pretty amazing and the Chilean Sea Bass was really delicious.

    I wish we had a better experience. The food was subpar. We had the shrimp pasta and the shrimp was overdone and rubbery. The sauce had little taste and was extremely watery. If we hadn't heard the table behind us complain of a cold meal I might have thought we had ordered poorly. The ambience of restaurant is stunning and it's too bad the food could not match.

    A beautiful historic hotel dining experience. Service was excellent. We enjoy the lobster bisque and chopped salad along with the ribeye steak and diver scallops. We added a side of mashed potatoes we wished these were hot. The sangria cheesecake was also delicious.

    Our server, Austin was excellent. My wife enjoyed her pomegranate martini.. I had tanqeray and tonic… well done. We shared the tuna poke…the salad special…a great filet with asparagus on the side…. We left very satisfied. Would definitely return.

    It was the best Steak either of us have ever had. We always got to the 1875 and it is great! This took it to another level

    Waiter, Devin, was outstanding!! Food was tasty. We had the chopped salad, artichokes, shrimp, Cocktail, lobster bisque, a berry and goat cheese salad and the poke. The lobster bisque was the standout! Restaurant is tastefully decorated with a great space for dinner.
