   Service was phenomenal. The food is also super delicious. Everything in buffet was very well organized. . Looking forward to our next opportunity to visit..

   I believe for what you receive it was way overpriced. Also, since the doors do not open til 6 pm, even with an earlier reservation you cannot enter til 6. The food was good, not outstanding as it used to be before they changed hands, an the options were limited. However, for a date night before the game it was fun, but not worth the money spent

   This was my first time back since the change from “Red and White Bistro”. I was happy to see some familiar wait staff who are friendly and fun. Unfortunately the food was pretty bland. My wife’s favorite dish was the hot dog. The pizza wasn’t fresh. There was little to pick from at the “charcuterie station” - no berries, no brie cheese. No seafood dishes or carving station. Desserts were minimal ( I really miss the blue bell station with all kinds of fun toppings). At $60/person, I don’t think I’ll go back, although it’s convenient. I would definitely not feel confident, entertaining clients there anymore due to the lack of quality food

   My guest and I did not have any expectations for how this experience would be. We were greeted by the excellent hosts and wait staff as we entered. The ambiance was nice which was good. The food however was very subpar for the price of $60 per person. Pizza is my favorite food but the pizza station here was not edible. The pasta station was surprisingly not good. The bratwurst station had potential but they were too fancy with the bread which made it unpleasant. We ended up settling for this chips and queso station which was very good but as you can imagine for $60 I’d want to enjoy much more items than queso and unlimited popcorn. I don’t regret this experience but I certainly wouldn’t do it again.

   The food line up did not have the variety that we are used to. What food was there was pretty good however, it was not worth the money that it cost.

   Sire Spirits Diner Club has been a complete let down. The food selections are minimum and the drinks were not up to par. If I order a martini, I want it in a martini glass. If I order a lemon drop, I don't want my waiter to bring me lemons and put a seasoning on it to improve the taste of my drink. I miss the variety of selections when the restaurant was the Red & White. Sire has not lived up to my expectations. I only dined there because my relatives were in town and we wanted to make it simple for everyone to meet in one place to dine before the Rockets game. The place was empty.

    It was our first time. It just seemed that the hostess and waitress were not very attentive. The buffet didn’t seemed that appealing for the price we paid.
