   Wow, this was my wife, and I first experience with Lebanese cuisine. Sitti was amazing. Tonight ambiance was just right for late dinner for 2. We started out with the vegan tasting hummus, fattoush, and I my wifey fall in love with the robust tasty warak anab wrapped with grape leaves. To keep it safe, I ordered the Samkeh Harra it was pan-seared with the flaky bottom on kale. What a peacasterian delight for a great night at Sitti. The servicer was friendly and quick and efficient with our plates. If you are a vegan and vegetarian, I recommend Sitti 5 stars for date night in the heart of downtown Raleigh! It was overall 5 stars experience for the Bishop's!

   The food, cocktails, and service were excellent! Only bad thing about Sitti is having to decide what to eat - it’s ALL so good.

   Always enjoy dining at Sitti. It is one of the two places I consistently take out of town guests. Fresh pita bread is delicious and nice cocktail list.

   Our server was reading someone & that seemed to slow him down - it might have been better if he had fewer tables with the added responsibility.

   The food was excellent! The service was the complete opposite on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Seemed our server left in the middle of our meal. When asking another server politely for help, she was quite hostile. A bit surprising as there were only 2 other tables in the restaurant. Will probably wait until I forget how bad the service was and am desperately craving the food to go back.

   Emily, Apologies on a lunch experience that fell short of expectations. While we're glad to hear everything at the table was enjoyed, we missed in service & hospitality. I feel that's what really adds to a restaurant experience. I have brought this up in discussion to the staff working on Sunday, and the team sends an apology as well. As we continue to fine tune, do know we look forward an opportunity to redeem in our shortcomings last go around. And thank you for sharing your feedback, as the good and the bad are equally important to us in our relationships with you and our other patrons.

   The service was horrible from the entrance the host seemed as if he was bothered that I had a reservation. No greeting besides “Where would you like to sit”. After being seated we waited 12 mins before being acknowledged and given water. I literally thought I was being punked. I’ve frequented this establishment several times and never have I felt as if they just didn’t want me and my guest business. From the waiter not being friendly to the host not being kind I should have just left. I’ve always loved the food here but the displeasing personalities of the staff makes it hard to want to support the restaurant again.
