   Despite being told that there would be a couple of gluten free vegetarian options there was only one per course. Both the main and starter options were potatoes so had to go for a main and pudding.

   The tasting menu was underwhelming. The flavours were bland and the suet pudding was hard in places and very stodgy in the remainder, very poor. One of the courses was bread, I have never been given bread as a course in any menu, very strange. On advising that the suet was inedible we were simply offered more jus, in actual fact a replacement should have been suggested particularly when paying the exorbitant price of this meal. The wine pairing was simply odd with dessert wine with the cheese course and port with sticky toffee pudding, this did not pair in any way. The petit fours nearly finished me off with the 'fruit pastille' being so sour left me regretting placing the whole thing in my mouth in 1 go! A total cost of £400 in comparison with a michelin star restaurant 2 weeks prior at £100 less simply this restaurant is over priced and the food just not good enough

   What an amazing experience! The food was delicious! We were lucky enough to sit on the chefs table and watch Carlson work his magic, every dish was explained with precision the waitresses were fabulous explaining the pairing wines and overall we had a thoroughly amazing night! Thank you so much!! An easy 10/10 x

   Fabulous new menu. Loved the goat cheese starter and tortellini main course. The Chocolate desert was so pretty you didn’t want to eat it, but it was delicious. Amazing skyline views.

   What an amazing experience the chefs table 9 course taster menu was. Well worth adding the wine pairing to the meal. We can highly recommend the experience

    Fabulous Sunday lunch lovely service fabulous food had the roast beef all the trimmings don’t order extras as no need our plates were FULL delicious gravy.
