   food was great and everything came out very timely, we loved the ambience as well! service was alright, our server was fine but the host seemed to have an attitude and we were told off for going out of the wrong exit unknowingly.

   Great venue- spacious and upscale yet comfortable. I love that I can try so many different wines at a reasonable price. Food is delicious. The pork dish is off the charts. Creative cocktails too!

   I have dined with them numerous times and every time the service was epic. The food is always immaculate. I’m always happy and always have a good time when with this restaurant 🥂

   They were sooo busy that they couldn’t keep up. Started with a quick intro to server telling us that things were busy ‘ he would be back when he could. 45 minutes later we got our first drink. The wine order. Followed 5 minutes later by the mixed drink order & 1 hour plus we finally got the beers. Table of 5 ppl. All served by different staff. But they comped the beers. & we’re very nice about it. Then we finally had our food order taken. That didn’t take too long but several items were not right. Once again Very nice about it & comped the appetizer. Food was good. We didn’t have any food allergies but they asked so I assume they can accommodate these. Will try again when not such a busy weekend.

We were definitely underprepared for the level of business that evening, but it is not an excuse for poor execution. Feel free to ask for the General Manager, Kris Farmer, next time you can make it in so we can ensure you receive the level of service we strive to give each and every one of our guests and hopefully earn that last star.    We were (mostly) pleasantly surprised on our first visit to Sixty Vines. The food was good ... shared brussel sprouts, shared shrimp dish, and Margarita pizza. I had read a review of the wood fired cauliflower and I was looking forward to trying it. When about 25 minutes had passed after ordering it, I asked the server (who was lovely but not very present) where it was, she went to check on it. Ten minutes later she came back to tell us it had sold out. It was only 6:30 pm!! How could it be sold out already?! And why hadn't she told us sooner?! She said she'd comp us the brussel sprouts but then didn't. We were in a hurry at that point so didn't bother mentioning it. All in all, the food was good but the service might keep me from returning.

   Ruth, Thank you so much for your feedback. I am so sorry this visit wasn’t the best. We strive for that 5-star experience every time someone walks in our doors and had clearly dropped the ball on this visit. We had received a delivery late which hindered the chef's ability to prep more cauliflower & whipped eggplant in the middle of dinner service; however, we absolutely should have done a better job at being more forthcoming and transparent with you & your guests about items that run out.     We made a reservation for 6pm and only got to our table at 6:45pm , this was just unacceptable, if I made a reservation at 6pm I really don’t expect to wait 45 minutes for a table. Just poor management, service was good and food ok , not great, overall experience disappointing.

Unfortunately, the intermittent rain we experienced rendered our patio tables unusable which resulted in longer-than-normal wait times and, for that, I am sorry that it wasn't communicated more effectively. I am glad you enjoyed our Harissa Shrimp and will be sure to forward your feedback on the food to our chef team. I would love to have you back in sometime to impress you and provide you with a stellar experience should you give us another chance.
